Notes from Experience

I worked with Bryn at the Oprah Winfrey Network to launch Brené Brown’s first online learning program. She brings an incredible drive to apply cutting-edge tech to solve problems. I’ve seen very few people that can seamlessly transition between design and engineering; Bryn went beyond that by combining her talents to help tell and teach important stories.

–Alex D.

Bryn has the ability to listen to what I’m imagining. Me, a non-designer. And from that, she’s able to pull out the details that create something beautiful.

–Stephanie K.

With Bryn’s background in technology, art and design I know that she will tackle problems differently than anyone else in my network. This always results in a fresh perspective. I seek her out for problems that do not have a standard path towards a solution.

–Madison M.

In my first 100 coaching conversations, it was official–

My professional community of courageous changemakers is the most intelligent, motivated group of people I know.

So why aren’t we all flourishing?

Because the kind of growth to really show up with distinction and create change requires more than intellect, more than emotional intelligence, empathy, and even purpose.

Here’s the problem: Many of us struggle to dial in our intuition. We miss critical instinctive cues and fail to trust the felt sense that communicates these insights. This is precisely what guides us to the resources we need – the social + financial capital, the courage to make the radical change, the strength to keep growing, the resilience to keep going.

We succeed when we’re empowered by all our intelligence systems–integrated across cognitive, emotional, social, somatic, purpose

We all have our strengths and weaknesses. I’m strongest in cognitive, somatic, purpose – so I’m well versed in the instinctive, intuitive where many of my colleagues happen to need support. But as part of my own development, I tend to develop stronger emotional + social intelligence. It’s a balance. It’s empowering. It’s not magic, but it sort of feels like it.

You may know me as an insightful designer, enthusiastic creative leader, and edgy tech founder because I do know lots and lots about these things. Yes, I can teach you. But more importantly, I am a soulful and creative human, uniquely qualified to guide you into your most visionary possibilities.

MINERAL Micro-coaching may be a good fit if –

You’re ready to develop more creativity + excitement in your career, to explore ideas and manifest work that succeeds both commercially and culturally.
Some parts of your process feel good + productive, yet critical pieces aren’t connecting, and pulling it all together to progress feels elusive. You’d like support to hone in, resolve what’s stuck + develop a sustainable flow.
You feel confident in either the creative process for your products and programs or the leadership for business development, but know that you’ll need mastery in both to make your mark.
You dream of creating a workflow that balances the practical + poetic –one that connects, inspires community + contributes to a more equitable, abundant future, but you’re not quite sure where to start or how to sustain it.

This program may not be the best fit if you simply need business coaching + technical direction.

Though I appreciate work that’s both impactful to the culture + successful in commerce, if you’re essentially  looking for a technical roadmap to fast track your work and deliver the financial margins, you may be more satisfied in a different program.
Many of my clients show up with multiple roadmaps in hand, so the question is less ‘how to’ and more of ‘what am I prioritizing, and why?’

And if you’re completely burnt out, overwhelmed + emotionally fatigued, let’s talk about your support system + whether micro-coaching will be enough to get you back on track.
