Mineral is made by one person, and support is answered by that person. You’ll usually hear back within a day or two.

A few things you can do without waiting: delete any note from the note itself (release this note); delete your account and everything in it from Settings → release this field (there’s no recovery after release — that’s the point); and read exactly what we keep and why in the privacy policy.
